Everything has cute faces these days, so I made these Cute Donut Decorations for my daughter’s Birthday Party. She and her friends loved them! They are just too Cute!
There are five different faces to can choose from. The best part is they are so easy to make. Simply print them on white cardstock and cut out. You could tape them, make a Donut Banner, or play Find the Donuts.
There are 2 donuts per 8.5″ x 11″ cardstock. Each donut is 7″ wide x almost 5″ high.
Cutest Donut Banner
Assembly of Donut Banner:
1. Cut out the donuts.
2. Cut a piece of ribbon or string. Make sure it is long enough to go across all the donuts you want in your banner, plus some space between the donuts, and to hang the banner.
3. Organize your donuts in the order of how you want the banner.
4. Tape the ribbon or string to the back of each donut. A piece of tape should go on the back left and back right. Make sure to keep the ribbon in the same consistent spot on the back of each donut. See below.
5. Hang the donut banner.
Find the Donuts
When we were taping up the donut decorations, my daughter had the great idea to use them for more than just decoration. She wanted to play a game with them; she wanted to play Find the Donuts.
We placed the donuts all over and taped some in hard-to-find spots. We even taped one to the front door. When the guests arrived at the party, the silly face donut greeted them. But would they remember about the donut on the front door when it came time for the game? Play the game to find out.
Let the kids know how many donuts are in the game. The kids can search and let you know when they found all the donuts, or they can write down where they found them. You could do this in teams or individually.
Be Inspired and make your own Priceless Party!
